Interprox Gel

The composition of Interprox® Gel and its specific properties allow it to quickly penetrate interproximal spaces to prevent gum inflammation and the formation of caries. It also reduces gingival bleeding.

It is a non-adhesive gel that is gentle on tooth surfaces, and is especially indicated for application to an interproximal brush to ensure that the active ingredients reach all interproximal spaces.

• Choose the interproximal brush size that best fits each space. Then, apply the gel directly on the brush (it is important that the brush enters loosely, so that the filaments, and not the wire, are what touch teeth).

  Move the brush in and out without twisting it. For best results, insert the brush from both sides.

  For optimal interproximal hygiene, repeat these steps in each interproximal space, rinsing the brush after every use.

  When you are done brushing the interproximal spaces, rinse the brush under running water to remove remaining Interprox® Gel.

• Cetylpyridinium chloride (0.3%)

  Antiseptic with antimicrobial proven efficacy that prevents the formation of plaque and protects against gingival infection.

   

  Zinc lactate (0.14%)

  Increases the substantivity of CPC, providing a longer lasting antiseptic effect. Fights halitosis.

   

  Allantoin

  Prevents gingival recession by stimulating cell growth and tissue reconstruction. Reduces gum inflammation and bleeding and the accumulation of oral biofilm.

   

  Sodium fluoride (1,500 ppm)

  Remineralises enamel and prevents dental caries.

   

  Non-abrasive gel

  Respects the tooth surface and works as a lubricant to facilitate penetration and movement of the brush inside the interproximal space.
